Pay on Milestones Met

AI-Native ERP with Milestone-Based Pricing

Most ERP projects fail because you pay everything upfront and hope. We flip that: you pay as each working milestone is delivered and accepted — so risk stays on us, not you.

How It Works

Why milestone-based ERP de-risks your project

  • Pay only as working deliverables are demonstrated and accepted
  • No large upfront license or lock-in — budget tied to real progress
  • Founder-led delivery: the architects who design it also build it
  • AI-native from day one — the ERP learns your operations
  • Most clients reach measurable ROI within 3 months of go-live
How it works

How milestone-based pricing works

Traditional ERP asks for a large budget upfront — before you have seen a single screen that fits your business. Pixel ERP flips that. You pay in stages, only as working software is delivered and approved — no lump-sum lock-in, no paying for a system that does not exist yet.

  • 1. Discovery & scope. We map how your business actually runs — your jewelry, garment, or steel workflow — and break the build into clear, individually priced milestones. You approve the plan before anything starts.
  • 2. Build in milestones. Each milestone delivers a working, usable slice of your ERP — real software you can log into, not slides or mockups.
  • 3. Review & approve. You test the milestone against acceptance criteria agreed in advance. Happy? You approve and pay for that milestone — and only that milestone.
  • 4. Go live. Once the core milestones are live, your team is running on Pixel ERP with full handover, data migration, and training.
  • 5. Grow & support. Add modules from the Pixel Ecosystem — CRM, Inventory, Cart, analytics — as new milestones, whenever you are ready.
What you get

What every milestone includes

  • A working, demoable build — software you can actually use, not documentation.
  • Clear acceptance criteria agreed before work starts, so “done” is never ambiguous.
  • Your data on your own cloud, exportable in standard formats at any time.
  • Founder-led delivery — senior people on your project, not a rotating junior team.
  • A fixed price for that milestone — no surprise overruns, no scope-creep invoices.
  • No-code adaptability — fields, workflows, and reports change as your business does, without developers.
The difference

Milestone pricing vs traditional ERP

Traditional, upfront ERP

  • Large licence + implementation fee before go-live
  • You pay for features you may never use
  • “Big-bang” launch — high risk, long wait for value
  • Change requests billed as expensive extras
  • Multi-year contracts and vendor lock-in

Pixel ERP — milestone-based

  • Pay only as working deliverables are met
  • Budget tracks real progress, not promises
  • Value from the first milestone, not month twelve
  • Adapts as your business changes — no developer needed
  • Your data, your cloud, exportable — stop after any milestone
FAQs

Milestone pricing — your questions

How is a milestone defined?

Each milestone is a working slice of your ERP with acceptance criteria agreed before we start — so you always know exactly what you are paying for and what “complete” means.

Is there any cost upfront?

A small discovery and scoping milestone puts the plan and architecture in place. After that, you pay per delivered milestone — there is no large lump sum before you see working software.

What if a milestone is not right?

We do not move on — or invoice the next stage — until the current milestone meets the agreed criteria. Your risk is capped at a single milestone, never the whole project.

How long does each milestone take?

Typically two to six weeks depending on scope. You see working software early and often, instead of waiting many months for a single go-live.

Can I pause or stop?

Yes. Because you pay per milestone, you are never locked into a multi-year contract. You can stop after any milestone and keep everything delivered so far — on your own cloud.

Do I need developers on my side?

No. Pixel ERP is built to be adapted without code — fields, workflows, approvals, and modules change as your business does, so you are not dependent on a development team to evolve it.

What will it cost overall?

It depends on scope — but you will have a clear, fixed price per milestone before you commit, and you control the pace by choosing which milestones to do and when. No open-ended billing.
